Glimpsing the real CD4+ T cell response
Abstract
Current views on how CD4+ T cells respond to antigen are based largely on highly artificial systems. A highly sensitive approach that allows normal T cell responses to be followed under physiological conditions overturns some of our existing ideas about CD4+ T cell differentiation.
